"At the beginning of 2019 and with our growth plans in mind, we brought Talent Tribe onboard to help us support and lead our People function. Cathy started her contract with HeadBox by quickly getting to know the whole team whilst conducting a full 'Astonishment Report'. The output highlighted key focus areas and a draft action plan with quick wins to improve team engagement and operations, all of which was important with HeadBox's planned growth trajectory. We learnt very quickly how vital it is for the leadership team to know how HeadBoxers are feeling as well as how they feel about the company, our overall performance and what we can be doing across many areas to improve.
