Cathy is the Founder of Talent Tribe. More recently she has worked in a tech (SaaS) and insight research based scale-ups and after 8 years decided that she wants to share her knowledge and experience with other SME’s who need guidance and expertise in supporting their team to achieve the next level of growth successfully.
Cathy fully understands the growing pains that come with scaling a business and more importantly how to support a team during a period of constant change. Focussing on culture, improving communication and business operations whilst supporting individuals, teams and key stakeholders to prepare for the bright shiny future.
Cathy's approach is personal as she understands that every business is different from the size, structure, values, work ethics, culture, their customers and the big goals they want to achieve! She will work alongside your team to get to know the business inside out and collaborate with the senior leadership team in order to plan what the next level looks like, putting milestones in place to achieve great things together. After all, this is not a one size fits all approach!
