MEET CATHY

Cathy is Talent Tribe’s Chief with 15 years experience across HR, People Management, Business Operations, Event Management & Project Management.  

During her years of full time employment across some great Companies, when it came to People Management, Process and Culture she was exposed to the good, the bad and the ugly which she saw have a direct impact on performance and morale.  

Talent Tribe was ‘born’ 2 years ago because Cathy wanted to make a difference and help start-ups and SME’s focus on building a strong people function from the start.

By focussing on the operational trio of People, Culture & Process, the ‘Talent Tribe Trifecta’ ensures you have the right support to effectively maintain or scale your operations – as little or as much as needed. 

By working with different types and sizes of companies, Talent Tribe has great insight into the potential growing pains that come with scaling a business and more importantly how to support a team during a period of change.

Cathy's approach is personal as she understands that every business is different from the size, structure, values, work ethics, culture, their customers and the big goals they want to achieve!

She will work alongside your team to get to know the business inside out and collaborate with the senior leadership team in order to plan what the next level looks like, putting milestones in place to deliver great things together.
